The following two services are available to you:
Re-sharpening of punch and seal size parts
- Re-sharpening of punch and die
- Optical control of size parts
- Installation in a test unit at PackSys and cutting test with a standard PETP top seal foil
Please note: All three elements (punch, die and stripper plate) are required for the cutting test.
Reconditioning of punch and seal unit
- Removal of tooling from the unit
- Cleaning of the complete unit
- Control of function and condition of the complete unit
- Re-sharpening of punch and die
- Control and if necessary, replacement of grease felts
- Installation and cutting test with a standard PETP top seal foil
Please note: Replacement of components can only be determined after receipt of the unit.
