Tube machines and complete lines

key-visual-tubemachines-header

We design high-performance machines and complete lines for producing laminate and extruded tubes. Leading manufacturers in the cosmetics, healthcare, and oral care industries around the world rely on our technologies. The full manufacturing process – from seaming, heading, and capping to packing the tubes into boxes – is reliably and efficiently covered by our machines.

Technologies

Our machines are modular and customizable.

Tube body

overlap-technology

Overlap

The laminate is formed, overlapped, and then seamed at the point where it overlaps. This creates a sturdy tube body with reliable processing for various laminate structures.
neoseam-technology

NEOSeam

The laminate is seamed without any overlap. Thanks to NEOSeam technology, you can produce tubes with a seamless 360° design that are visually indistinguishable from extruded tubes. At the same time, the technology ensures a high-quality side seam that provides a stable tube body.
co-seaming-technology

Co-Seaming

This technology enables the production of a sustainable, lightweight laminate tube with a separable paper layer. In this process, the inner, thin laminate layer and the outer paper layer are processed at the same time. While the laminate is being seamed, the paper is glued in parallel. There is no bond between the layers, allowing the paper layer to be easily separated from the tube body after use.

Tube head & cap

compression-molding-tube-head

Compression molding tube head

A melted plastic ring (Doughnut) is applied to the mandrel, which is enclosed by the tube body. Pressing against a cooled mold afterwards produces a precisely shaped tube head that fuses seamlessly with the tube body.
compression-molding-tube-head-closure

Compression molding tube head & closure (noSho)

A melted plastic ring (Doughnut) is applied to the mandrel, which is enclosed by the tube body. Pressing against a cooled mold afterwards creates the tube head and closure in a single molding process as one continuous piece that fuses seamlessly with the tube body.
tube-inline-inspection

Inline inspection

The system checks all defined quality features while the process is ongoing. If tubes show deviations, these are automatically recognised, ejected and made available for later inspection.
top-seal

Top Seal

A plastic-coated film is punched out and applied to the opening of the tube head. Through heat and pressure, an airtight seal is created, reliably protecting the tube’s contents and ensuring safety when first opened. Seal integrity is checked inline with a pressure test.
Caps are applied precisely and evenly onto the tube head – either screwed on or pushed on. Precise alignment ensures consistent results and reliable performance every time.
