Slitting technology

The DURASLIT technology slits the tamper-evident band with an almost invisible separation line, creating precise bridges – delicate links between the band and the closure. These tear off cleanly upon opening, clearly showing proof of the first use. With over 100 million closures per knife (depending on the material), DURASLIT delivers outstanding efficiency and durability.

Folding technology

Our folding technology folds part of the tamper-evident band inward, giving the closure a conical shape for a perfect fit on the container. When opened, the tamper-evident band stays firmly attached to the bottle neck by acting like a locking mechanism on the retaining ring – enhancing performance and boosting product safety for consumers. Our folding tools are also designed to handle complex, asymmetrical closures and slitting patterns with ease.

Inline inspection

This measures the pull-off strength of the tamper-evident band and the pressure tightness of selected closures in real time, ensuring your closures always meet the required quality and functionality standards.
