BoxButler

The "BoxButler" precisely unpacks laminate and extruded tubes, as well as other cylindrical products, from boxes. Thanks to controlled guidance throughout the entire process, it ensures your products are handled smoothly and with care. The machine is seamlessly integrated into existing production lines and can be flexibly adapted to different processes. For example, it can transfer packed tubes to a hot stamping machine or pass extruded tube sleeves onto a tube header-capper machine.

Unpacking in four steps

Box infeed

The full box is fed into the machine.
Unpacking the products

The robot places the products from the box onto a conveyor belt.
Transfer to downstream systems

The spreader transports the products to downstream systems.

The empty box is transported out of the machine.
