Each process step is precisely tailored to your production workflow. Products can be palletized either in bundles or in full layers. Palletizing in six steps

Depending on production requirements, three product feeding options are available:

  • In bundles: The “CanMaster” bundling machine straps the cans with up to three bands to form a stable unit.

  • In blocks: The “CanMaster” forms product blocks using the mandrel or vacuum plate.

  • In rows: The “CanButler” transfers the products from the tray conveyor to the grouping belt, from where they are fed into the system in rows.

  • Orientation (bundle palletizing only)

Each bundle is precisely aligned according to specifications during bundle palletizing. Bundles can be positioned with the product opening facing up or down and rotated to the desired orientation, all customized to your exacting requirements.

  • Corner station and layer assembly table for palletizing

The integrated corner station and layer assembly table gather products in bundles, blocks, or rows and arrange them in the desired quantity and configuration. This ensures pallets are loaded in the best way to ensure they are as stable and full as possible.

  • Automated pallet magazine

Empty pallets are automatically supplied to the system to ensure a continuous palletizing process.

  • Palletizing

A robot equipped with a vacuum plate gently picks up products and places them precisely on the pallet.

  • Inserting separator layers

To enhance pallet stability or protect products from contamination, cardboard or paper, separator layers can be inserted.

  • Removing full pallets

Once palletizing is complete, the fully loaded pallet is transported out of the system, ready for shipping or storage.
