Process

Packing in three steps

Synchronized transfer into vacuum trays

Tubes are seamlessly passed from the previous machine into trays, ready for the packing machine. Optional vacuum support ensures top-heavy products stay stable, so that the handoff is precise.
Transfer to the grouping belt

The grouping belt detects missing tubes and automatically fills gaps to ensure every box is fully packed.
Mandrel plate technology for precise placement

Tubes are gently pushed onto the mandrel plate, which positions them into the box in a way that saves space. A vacuum plate ensures aluminum tubes are handled with care, protecting the material.
