“CanLab” is the powerful inspection solution for monoblock aerosol cans and bottles. It detects even the smallest defects in production, ensuring that only flawless products are moved on to the bundling machine or palletizing system. The system runs body, pressure, and surface inspections, dimensional checks, as well as neck and leak tests – ensuring comprehensive quality control throughout.

Manual inspection is no longer a workable option, especially with full-layer palletizing, which increases the packing density by up to 20 %. So “CanLab” takes on this task instead, guaranteeing that only products of the desired quality are packed. It can be used as a stand-alone inspection machine, together with the “CanMaster” bundling machine or as part of the end-of-line solution “CanButler”.
