CanMaster

The “CanMaster” is the ideal solution for bundling monoblock aerosol cans and bottles as it groups products and securely straps them with up to three bands, creating stable packing units optimized for transport and storage. The strapping tension can be adjusted with precision, meaning the machine can adapt flexibly to different sizes, shapes, and wall thicknesses. The “CanMaster” can work as a standalone bundling machine or seamlessly integrate with the end-of-line solution “CanButler” to optimize the entire packing process, right through to automated palletizing.

Process

Bundling in three steps

Synchronized transfer

The cans are automatically transferred from the upstream machine into trays and transported to the bundling machine.
Transfer to the grouping belt

The grouping belt detects missing cans and automatically fills the gaps to ensure the mandrel plate is fully loaded.
Mandrel plate technology

The cans are pushed onto the mandrel plate, which positions them on a conveyor belt in either a bundle or block pattern. To create bundles, strapping technology is used: the bundle is securely strapped with up to three bands to form stable packing units.
