Rüti, July 2025. When the beverage and liquid food industry comes together in Munich from September 15–19, 2025, it goes without saying that Swiss technology leader PackSys Global will be there. At Stand 340 in Hall C6, PackSys Global will be showcasing its TEM Max slitting and folding machines for the first time. The new flagship of the TEM range provides manufacturers of standard and custom caps with tangible benefits in terms of efficiency, quality, and flexibility.
The new TEM max processes up to 2,000 caps per minute, which represents unprecedented output for its class. With the new high-velocity concept, we are expanding our portfolio for the custom cap segment to include the processing of large and small caps including flip, tethered, and double caps – with less scrap and more stable processes.
At the heart of the machine is our DURASLIT slitting technology, which almost invisibly perforates the tamper-evident band with precise bridges and enables up to 100 million slits per knife. The built-in folding technology gives the TE band a conical form, simplifies screwing on within the filling process, and delivers clear proof of first-time opening – even for complex, asymmetrical geometries.
MFM Live at ENGEL – Folding Machine for Plastic Caps
For the first time at a trade fair, PackSys Global is presenting a fully hybrid manufacturing line for tethered caps live at the ENGEL stand, where visitors can experience our MFM folding machine in action. This modular system – with four, six, or twelve stations – processes up to 2,400 caps per minute and ideally complements injection molding systems. The tamper-evident bands folded by MFM sit more firmly on the bottle neck, increase product safety, and simplify filling – even for tethered caps and multi-slit designs.
DecoRoll ML and LMAX – for Hot Stamping in a Single Run
Experts from PackSys Global will be at the stand to provide visitors with tailored advice on their high-performance hot stamping machines.
