A New Routine Begins
Starting an apprenticeship changes everyday life in many ways. School is now joined by working life, a chosen profession becomes hands-on experience, and new people become colleagues. For six young people, this new routine has just begun at PackSys Global.
The first days bring many new impressions. That is why our apprentices start with a joint introduction day, where they get to know PackSys Global and our working environment, receive orientation for their first weeks, and get an idea of what to expect throughout their apprenticeship.
The start is also about getting to know each other. Our new apprentices meet other apprentices, make their first connections, and begin to find their way in their new everyday working life.
This year, six young people have started apprenticeships at PackSys Global in automation, IT platform development, mechanical design, and the commercial field.
Over the coming years, they will build professional skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow into their chosen professions step by step. Connecting with other apprentices will remain part of the experience too. An apprentice outing is planned for a later date, giving them another opportunity to spend time together and get to know each other better.
