A particular focus lies on the integration of recycled plastics (PCR – Post-Consumer Recycled materials) into industrial production processes. Processing recycled materials places high demands on material handling, process stability, decoration quality, and quality control. PCR noSho Tube

One example of this innovation is the PCR noSho Tube. It combines the use of high-quality post-consumer recycled material with a production concept that completely eliminates the need for a tube closure.

By removing the traditional tube cap, the package becomes more recycling-friendly, as fewer material types are combined within the final product. At the same time, material consumption is reduced while maintaining a premium brand appearance. The PCR noSho Tube demonstrates how sustainability and attractive packaging design can successfully go hand in hand.

Detachable Tube

The Detachable Tube consists of an outer paper layer and an inner plastic layer. This design simplifies recycling for consumers, who can easily separate the two layers after use.

In conventional paper laminate tubes, where paper and plastic are permanently bonded together, recycling is often difficult or impossible. The Detachable Tube, by contrast, features two separable material layers, making it a genuinely recyclable packaging solution that supports circular economy principles.
