mini 120 header
The Mini 120 header and integrated capper makes production of small cosmetic tubes simple, compact and very cost effective. This line, specifically designed for small tube diameters 12.7mm to 22.0mm, will free capacity on lines built for tubes with higher selling value. This integrated line will also enable plastic tube producers to reduce lead time for the delivery of small tubes, as well as dramatically reducing the production cost.
This header/capper can be integrated with any suitable extruder, and offers the following functions and options:

The integrated state-of-the-art capping process, with its turret design, reduces size parts for capping by half. The operator interface is centrally placed from where all process steps can be supervised. This makes the machine footprint extremely compact, saving floor space and enhancing its ergonomics.
