The Mini 120 header and integrated capper makes production of small cosmetic tubes simple, compact and very cost effective. Speciallizing a line, especially designed for small tube diameters 12.7mm to 22.0mm will free capacity on your lines build for tubes with higher selling value. This integrated line will also allow plastic tube producer reduce lead time for the delivery of small tubes, and reduce dramatically the production cost.
This header / capper can be integrated with any suitable extruder, and offers the following functions and options:

The extremely compact design does not only save floor space, it enhances ergonomics: The operator interface is centrally placed from where all process steps can be supervised. An integrated state of the art capping process makes the machine layout very compact. The innovative turret design reduces size parts for capping by half.
