The HPS system has 10 stations, each with a single mandrel for the production of up to 70 tubes per
minute. Using resin material in granulate form, the HPS heading system moulds the shoulder and fuses it simultaneously to the tube body.
The modular system provides easy access for fast and simple tube diameter, orifice and thread changes.
The HPS header is flexible enough to handle any of the following options:
